Mission:
Empower next-gen energy leaders for the green transition through a 24-month Erasmus+ KA220-HED partnership
Vision:
Co-create an interdisciplinary master’s course on energy communities, pilot it in a summer school, and produce localized playbooks for North Macedonia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Greece and Poland.
Goal:
Accelerate citizen-driven renewable energy adoption through education and practical guides.

- 5-days summer school in N. Macedonia with 12 students (3 per partner) testing lectures, case studies and group challenges on real energy-community projects
- Feedback feeds curriculum refinement before adoption
WP4 Localized Playbooks
- Four country-specific guides in local languages offering step-by-step advice for municipalities, citizens and SMEs to establish energy communities
- Context analysis by all, drafting led by Kintegra and KUT with 5-days student mobility in Poland input, final review and dissemination coordinated by UKIM and UNIBL
PARTNERS ROLE:
UKML – Project coordination
UNBL – Curriculum Contextualization & Internal Review; Co-leads WP2 contextualization with UKIM, organises internal review workshop (2 days in B&H), drafts Bosnian playbook.
IHU – Curriculum development, brings interdisciplinary curriculum experience, co-develops master’s modules, supplies sustainable-energy case studies, participates in summer-school delivery, drafts Greek playbook
KUT – Playbook development & mobility; Brings interdisciplinary curriculum experience, supplies sustainable-energy case studies, facilitates student mobility, drafts Polish playbook
Kintegra – co-creates curriculum inclusivity module, guides stakeholder-engagement methodology, supports playbook practical tools and evaluates social-impact indicators.
