Studies

  1. Choose the University where you would like to complete part of your studies under the Erasmus+ program.
  2. Check the website of the chosen University and find out all the necessary information, such as:
    ⇒ nomination and application deadline
    ⇒ available courses – compare them with your syllabus and prepare a draft of your study program in the chosen University
  1. Fill in the form ⇒ Online form Erasmus+studies  and submit in the office all the required documents.
  2. Fill in, sign and collect all the needed signatures in the questionnaire. Questionnaire (DOC)The document should be submitted personally to the Erasmus+ Faculty Coordinator by the registration deadline.

Information regarding granted mobility you will receive in the USOS system.
Log in to the USOS system and follow the steps in the instruction.

  1. Prepare the Credits sheet (karta zaliczeń), the document is supposed to be verified and approved by the Faculty Coordinator.
  2. Log in to your USOS account, open the granted mobility, and fill in all the required information.
  3. Prepare an Online Learning Agreement, supported by the Faculty Coordinator and the Host University.

Please note: Credits sheet (karta zaliczeń) and Online Learning Agreement, both documents have to be accepted by all 3 parties: a student, a Sending University, and a Host University before the first day of your mobility.

Once your documents are accepted, you should:

Be in touch with the Host University.

At least 5 weeks before departure:
prepare and submit wniosek wyjazdowy – (.pdf, .doc) in the Department of International Cooperation, room 4.20C.
PLEASE NOTE this form has to be printed on both sides.

In order to receive the grant, your designated bank account must be in euro. We kindly remind you to ensure that your bank account is in the correct currency to avoid any potential problems.

The financial agreement has to be signed a week before your departure.

Applicant is required to do the online language test once receives access.

Submit a hard copy of the Certificate of attendance. The document can be prepared by the Host University or it can be downloaded here:

Prepare a short testimony of your mobility and send it to the Department of International Cooperation.

A student who had been granted with the social scholarship in the semester before the mobility, will be granted with additional grant of 250 EUR/month.
