Yes! Erasmus+ ; Why it’s worth taking advantage of the program

The Centre of Cooperation and Dialogue at the University of Warsaw invites you to take part in the nationwide photo and video contest “STORY OF YOUR EXPERIENCE – YES! Erasmus+”, funded by the Minister of Science and Higher Education. This competition is designed for students and d doctoral candidates from Polish universities who have participated in academic mobility programs during the 2024/2025 or 2025/2026 academic years. The prize is a four-day study visit to the European Parliament

The organizers are accepting contest entries until August 31. Entries should present at least one of the following three themes in an engaging and creative way

Academics (modern laboratories, libraries, classes)
Cultural life (exploring traditions, daily life, art)
Community and togetherness (international friendships, breaking down stereotypes)

To participate, simply create a unique video or take a photo and submit your entry via the contest website. What kind of entries can be submitted?

VIDEO -an Instagram Reel tagged with #yeserasmus #yourexperiencestory #erasmus. Tag the organizer’s profile (@yes_erasmus_) as a collaborator and include the link to the Reel in the entry form when registering. Entries should be in Full HD resolution (vertical or horizontal), last between 30 and 90 seconds, and be in MP4 or MOV format.
PHOTO – a single high-quality photograph capturing the spirit of the trip. Format: JPG or PNG; high resolution suitable for printing (recommended: min. 300 DPI and min. 2400 pixels on the long edge). The form will convert the entry to WebP format; in September, selected participants will be asked to submit the print-ready file via email.

Each participant may submit a maximum of one entry per category. Entries must not be AI-generated or photo-manipulations; any materials used—specifically music, sound effects, video footage, or graphics—must come from publicly available sources, or the participant must hold the necessary rights or licenses for their use. Participants must also ensure they have obtained the required consents regarding the use of the likenesses of any individuals appearing in their work.

The prize for the creators of the best entries is a study visit to the European Parliament seats in Brussels and Strasbourg—including city sightseeing—scheduled for November! The organizer covers transport, accommodation, meals, and insurance. Additionally, , the 12 best photos will be featured in a limited-edition promotional calendar for 2027!

Erasmus+ KA171: Visit of International Teaching Staff

The Erasmus+ program in the 2021-27 edition offers a wider range of academic exchange covering so-called third countries, not associated with the program. The Kielce University of Technology cooperates in this scope with partner universities from countries such as: Algeria, China, Georgia, India, Jordan, Malaysia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.

As part of such an exchange, from June 15-19, 2026, the Kielce University of Technology hosts lecturers from: University of Ain Temouchent in Algeria, Kutaisi International University in Georgia, and Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute in Uzbekistan. During their stay, they had the opportunity to get to know Kielce, the selected laboratories of KUT, and they also gave lectures for the students of our university at the Faculty of Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering and at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automation and Computer Science.

The Kielce University of Technology has so far hosted students from these universities, and the visit of the academic staff from these institutions is the next stage in the implementation of agreements in accordance with the requirements of the Erasmus KA 171 project.

Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)

The Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Model Manufacturing Methods – Advanced Manufacturing Methods, Additive Manufacturing and Reverse Engineering” has successfully come to an end at Kielce University of Technology.
During the programme, students from partner universities took part in a series of intensive on-site workshops, expert lectures, and collaborative activities focused on modern manufacturing technologies, including CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and reverse engineering. The event combined academic knowledge with hands-on experience, fostering international cooperation and exchange of ideas in a truly multicultural environment.
The participation and engagement of students from our partner institutions played a key role in the success of the programme, contributing to a dynamic and inspiring learning atmosphere throughout the week.
We would like to thank all partner universities for their cooperation and for nominating highly motivated students to take part in this initiative.
We look forward to continuing our cooperation within the Erasmus+ programme and to welcoming participants to future international initiatives at Kielce University of Technology.

The Erasmus+ BIP “Advanced Manufacturing Technologies: CNC, Additive Manufacturing & Reverse Engineering” at Kielce University of Technology

The international Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Advanced Manufacturing Technologies: CNC, Additive Manufacturing & Reverse Engineering” is currently taking place at Kielce University of Technology from 25 to 29 May 2026. The programme brings together 39 students representing 11 partner universities from 9 European countries.

Organized within the Erasmus+ programme, the initiative combines intensive academic activities with international integration and cultural exchange.

The academic and substantive coordination of the programme is led by Professor Sławomir Błasiak, the Scientific Director of the Mechanical Engineering Discipline. The event is organized with the involvement of the staff of the Department of Fundamentals of Machinery Design and Mechanical Technology, as well as the International Cooperation Department of the University.

Over the past few days, participants have taken part in lectures, workshops and laboratory classes focused on advanced manufacturing technologies, including CNC machining, additive manufacturing and reverse engineering. The practical sessions are conducted in the laboratories of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering, allowing students to work with modern equipment and gain hands-on experience in contemporary manufacturing processes.

In addition to the academic programme, participants are also discovering the cultural and historical heritage of the Świętokrzyskie region. Participants visited Sandomierz, one of the most beautiful medieval towns in the Świętokrzyskie region. The international character of the event fosters the exchange of experiences, the development of academic relationships, and the strengthening of cooperation between partner universities.

The programme will conclude with a final meeting on 29 May 2026 at the Rector’s Office of Kielce University of Technology, where participants will summarize the outcomes of the project and share their experiences from the Erasmus+ international initiative.

We would already like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone involved in the implementation of the programme. Special thanks go to dr hab. eng. Sławomir Błasiak, Professor at Kielce University of Technology, for the academic and substantive coordination of the project, as well as to all lecturers and staff members engaged in conducting the classes and workshops. We also thank all BIP students for their active participation, enthusiasm, openness to international cooperation and strong interest in advanced manufacturing technologies.
