
The Centre of Cooperation and Dialogue at the University of Warsaw invites you to take part in the nationwide photo and video contest “STORY OF YOUR EXPERIENCE – YES! Erasmus+”, funded by the Minister of Science and Higher Education. This competition is designed for students and d doctoral candidates from Polish universities who have participated in academic mobility programs during the 2024/2025 or 2025/2026 academic years. The prize is a four-day study visit to the European Parliament
The organizers are accepting contest entries until August 31. Entries should present at least one of the following three themes in an engaging and creative way
- Academics (modern laboratories, libraries, classes)
- Cultural life (exploring traditions, daily life, art)
- Community and togetherness (international friendships, breaking down stereotypes)

To participate, simply create a unique video or take a photo and submit your entry via the contest website. What kind of entries can be submitted?
- VIDEO -an Instagram Reel tagged with #yeserasmus #yourexperiencestory #erasmus. Tag the organizer’s profile (@yes_erasmus_) as a collaborator and include the link to the Reel in the entry form when registering. Entries should be in Full HD resolution (vertical or horizontal), last between 30 and 90 seconds, and be in MP4 or MOV format.
- PHOTO – a single high-quality photograph capturing the spirit of the trip. Format: JPG or PNG; high resolution suitable for printing (recommended: min. 300 DPI and min. 2400 pixels on the long edge). The form will convert the entry to WebP format; in September, selected participants will be asked to submit the print-ready file via email.
Each participant may submit a maximum of one entry per category. Entries must not be AI-generated or photo-manipulations; any materials used—specifically music, sound effects, video footage, or graphics—must come from publicly available sources, or the participant must hold the necessary rights or licenses for their use. Participants must also ensure they have obtained the required consents regarding the use of the likenesses of any individuals appearing in their work.
The prize for the creators of the best entries is a study visit to the European Parliament seats in Brussels and Strasbourg—including city sightseeing—scheduled for November! The organizer covers transport, accommodation, meals, and insurance. Additionally, , the 12 best photos will be featured in a limited-edition promotional calendar for 2027!
