Erasmus Days 2025

Traditionally, the beginning of March at Kielce University of Technology is a time for information sessions on international student exchange programs. From March 4 to 6, 2025, the Department of International Cooperation organized a series of events under the title “Erasmus+ Days.”
The event kicked off with a welcome meeting for Erasmus+ students from Turkey, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and Jordan. Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Education, Prof. Artur Maciąg, warmly greeted the newcomers, wishing them an enriching and inspiring experience at our university. The students were given a presentation outlining key rules and practical advice on studying and living in Kielce. They also had the opportunity to discuss their study plans in detail with Erasmus+ faculty coordinators. Additionally, they met representatives from the University Student Government Council, who play an active role in helping international students integrate into the university community.
As in previous years, for the next two days, students could enjoy free coffee at a booth set up in front of Hall 117B while chatting with staff from the Department of International Cooperation and students who had already participated in the program. It was a great opportunity to learn about the benefits of Erasmus+, get first-hand insights, and address any concerns about studying abroad.
The final day brought a lively atmosphere to Hall 117B, filled with the aroma of pizza and buzzing conversations. During the information session, the fundamentals of the Erasmus+ program were presented, and students had the chance to ask questions—all while enjoying free pizza.
A big thank you to all students for their enthusiastic participation in Erasmus+ Days 2025! We are delighted with the great interest in the event and hope it has inspired many of you to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program
