Application for an internship is constantly open or remain open until the last available mobility.
⇒ Internships can be undertaken during each study cycle or immediately after graduation (as a recent graduate – the condition is to apply while having a student status. The internship’s departure is supposed to be made within one year after completing their studies).
⇒ The chosen institution/enterprise/company has to be located in one of the countries taking part in the Erasmus+ program.
⇒ The most valuable scopes while undertaking the internship are related to improving the digital competencies of the applicant, such as:
- Digital marketing (social media management, website analytics);
- Designing applications, programs, websites, or scripts;
- Installation, maintenance, and managment of computer networks and systems;
- Cybersecurity;
- Programming and training robots
- Applications using AI
⇒ The internship may last min. 2 months and max. 12 months.

- Fill in and collect all the required signatures in the questionnaire ⇒ questionnaire (.DOC) Once you are qualified for the program, you will be notified.
- Then together with the Faculty Coordinator, you should prepare the Project of Learning Agreement for Traineeship with a Training Agreement supplement, BOTH DOCUMENTS HAVE TO BE ACCEPTED BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF YOUR INTERNSHIP. These documents are supposed to be submitted to the Faculty Coordinator.

⇒ At least 5 weeks before departure:
prepare and submit wniosek wyjazdowy – (.pdf, .doc) in the Department of International Cooperation, room 4.20C.
PLEASE NOTE this form has to be printed on both sides.
⇒ In order to receive the grant, your designated bank account must be in euro. We kindly remind you to ensure that your bank account is in the correct currency to avoid any potential problems.
⇒ The financial agreement has to be signed a week before your departure.
⇒ Applicant is required to do the online language test once receives access.
