We are glad that you have chosen the Kielce University of Technology as your Erasmus+ mobility destination ☺️

To complete the admission process, please follow the right steps:

➯ Create an account and application in the IRK system, to make it successful, you should follow the steps shown below.

➯ accommodate in the dorm and follow the rules while all your stay there

➯ visit the International Office to confirm your arrival – room 4.09. Building C
*your mobility will be counted from the confirmed day of arrival

➯ take part in the „ORIENTATION DAYS FOR ERASMUS STUDENTS” – to learn the basic rules of studying and living in Kielce.

➯ be in touch via mail or personally with the faculty coordinator, teachers and attend the classes

➯ if needed, you have 5 weeks to make some changes in your Learning Agreement

➯ minimum 3 days before you leave, inform us about the terms of your departure to erasmus@tu.kielce.pl

➯ visit the International Office to receive your Confirmation of Stay

➯ the Transcript of Records will be sent within 5 weeks after your mobility is completed
